Pre-qualify if you:

• are 18 - 45 years of age

• healthy male or non-pregnant female

• diagnosed with Acne Vulgaris, or moderate to severe acne

• able to complete 13 study visits up to 8 months

• refrain from use of any other acne treatments for the duration of the study (pre-specified non-medicated cleansers and sunscreen will be allowed)

• have no previous history of myocarditis and/or pericarditis and/or myopericarditis

• have no excessive facial hair, facial tattoos, facial skin disorders, skin reactions that may interfere with the study assessments in the investigator’s opinion (including – but not limited to – actinic keratosis, eczema, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, acute or recent sunburn) or skin infection
